HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

-*COVID DELAYS*- Due to the current global pandemic, all shipping services are experiencing major delays. Please advise that domestic US packages will take up to 7-days to arrive, while international packages can take up to 3-6 months to arrive. Please also keep yourself updated as to whether your country has shipping restrictions/suspensions which in return does NOT allow us to ship anything to you.

Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Here is a rough estimate on delivery time frames.

United States (domestic shipping): 2-7 days

Canada: 2-4 weeks

International (everywhere else): 3-8 weeks

MY PACKAGE IS LOST/ MISDELIVERED

Please contact your local post office first.
Once your package is in USPS hands, the situation is no longer within our control. Your best chance is to contact your post office FIRST, before contacting me. Unfortunately, for international packages, even though there is tracking, not all countries will update the tracking. This is solely up to your post office/country.

If your package was marked as delivered, but nowhere to be found, there is a chance that it will show up in a few days, or it was accidentally delivered to the wrong address. Please contact your local post office.

If it has taken longer than the estimated shipping times, or if your package is lost, please email us with your order number.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please send me an e-mail with your order number, name and shipping address.

If the item(s) have arrived, you will need to ship the item pback to process the refund.

Canceling a Pre-order
You can cancel your pre-order within 30-days of pre-ordering.

If the item(s) have arrived, your pre-order will be processed to ship, and you will be unable to cancel even if it is still within 30-days of you pre-ordering.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM(S)

Please send me an e-mail with your order number, name, and address, along with an image of the contents you received.

Once this information has been received, and we are able to confirm your order, the correct items will be reshipped.
